Brazil Cerrado

Origin: This coffee is grown in the

Cerrado region that is flat and fairly dry. Large tonnage of coffee is produced in this area and most of it is machine harvested

 

 

Roast/Cupping Notes: Cerrados are a deep greenish/blue colour in the raw bean with the usual slightly Brazil foxy appearance.

 

When roasted they have consistent, even roasts with medium body: a little acid and a sweet finish in the cup. They are easily blended and usually add a satisfying after taste to the cup.

 

They are very balanced and not over powering in any one characteristic.

Good flavour and low acid with full middle palette with a smooth, dry, cocoa finish.
