Origin: Origin: Limou is a region in the Oromia Valley in South Ethiopia.

This coffee is processed using the traditional wet process.

 

 

 

 

 Roast/Cupping Notes: Roast just into second crack. Medium acid with a light citrus, almost wine like, medium flavour.

 

Nice smooth body and clean balanced almost creamy sweet/molasses aftertaste that is very long.

 

Well balanced and aromatic.
