Roast/Cupping Notes: Roast into 2nd crack.
Medium flavour, medium to high acid which can be a pronounced citrus/lemon taste.
Smooth, creamy body and clean rich texture is well balanced.
Quality acid combines with a distinctive floral character in the cup.
