Origin: Shade grown under a canopy of Eucalyptus, Pine, Cuje and Inga trees. The Cuje and Inga introduce a range of nutrients to balance the soil.

 

 

Roast/Cupping Notes: Medium to high flavour.

Medium acid – smooth, rich body with a long syrup texture to the finish.

 

Flavours of malt, custard, and dark chocolate.
