Grown in India. Coffee growing is a process that the centuries have perfected to an art.
Typical harvest season runs from December to April and process is unwashed.
Roast/Cupping Notes: When compared with other Robusta from around the world, the Indian Robusta shows its true colours.
It cups somewhat cleaner, richer and at times exhibits a real creamy chocolate mousse mouth feel.
It displays a rounded mouth feel with excellent finish and no harsh tastes.
Can have little grassy/raw flavour in early season and a little woody/baggy note late in the season.
Blended with the correct Arabicas at the correct percentage and roasted to the correct colour, it makes a valuable component in blends.
