Origin: There are a few very extraordinary coffees coming out of the Nicaraguan highlands and this one is no exception.

 

 

Roast/Cupping Notes: Creates a superb filter or plunger coffee exhibiting a crisp acid with a citrus-like zing and excellent flavour with a deep middle palette.

Also can have a long molasses feel with a bakers chocolate finish that is mild and balanced.

Mixes well with milk.
